Our D.I.Y. expert, Steve Watson, will review these entries and determine who will be named the 2008 True Value D.I.Y. All-Star. We'll announce the lucky winner October 1st right here and give him/her $5,000 to use at a True Value store and an in-home consultation with Steve himself!
